ALIM’s esteemed scholars come from a variety of diverse backgrounds. From attaining Ijaazas from Al Azhar University in Cairo to Ph.D.’s from renowned universities in the United States, our highly knowledgeable teachers have exceptional backgrounds in the courses they teach. With our extraordinary scholars, ALIM seeks to immerse their students in a learning environment of diverse thoughts and opinions. Since its inception, our core scholars of: Dr. Sherman Jackson, Dr. Muneer Fareed, and Dr. Ali Sulaiman Ali, have taught the majority of the courses at the Summer Program every year. They had also developed the curriculum, refining it every year from the feedback of the students. The list of guest scholars that grace us with their presence, vary from year to year.
