At the heart of any educational endeavor is the faculty who develop and impart the tools that lead to literacy. ALIM has the great blessing of a dynamic faculty who have been with the institute since its inception. ALIM’s Core Scholars are members of ALIM’s Board of Trustees and inform ALIM’s programs, content, and pedagogical approach.
DR. ALI SULAIMAN ALI
Dr. Ali Sulaiman Ali was born in Ghana where he spent his childhood studying with various Muslim scholars. He then moved on to Saudi Arabia where he enrolled in Medina’s Islamic University. Ustadh Ubaydullah Evans is ALIM’s first Scholar-in-Residence. He converted to Islam while in high school.
